You might still think of eBay as an auction site, but for years now it's essentially been a store first and foremost. That means it too will have plenty of deals come Black Friday (and the day before it, and the day after it, and the day after that, and on Cyber Monday, too). The deals from eBay are pretty scattered, ranging from tech to Ugg boots. Rather than put up all of its discounts at once, eBay is going to be launching hourly deals; basically, it wants you to come back every hour on the hour to keep shopping.
